Payment:-
A deposit of one third of the rental fee
is payable if the booking is made more than
8 weeks before the start of the rental.
The balance shall be payable six weeks before
commencement. Non payment of deposit or
balance shall be construed as a cancellation
by the client. For bookings made less than
8 weeks before commencement, the total rental
amount will be due.

Cancellation:-
Any
cancellation should be made in writing.
An attempt will be made to re-let the property
and if this is successful either in total
or in part, than a refund or part-refund
will be made. If re-letting is unsuccessful
then all monies paid will be forfeit.

Change
of Date:-
Any changes to a clients dates will be accomodated
where possible.

Period
of Hire:- Rental
commences, unless otherwise notified, at
3:00pm on the day of arrival and terminates
at 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Travel
Insurance:-
It is up to the client to provide their
own travel insurance arrangements. These
are not included in the rental price.

Breakages
or Damage:-
The client will be liable for the cost of
any breakages or damage to the property
which occurred during their stay. The client
will also be liable for extra cleaning costs,
should they arise.

Care
of the Property:-
The client shall take all reasonable and
proper care of the property and its furniture,
fixtures and fittings and leave them in
the same state of repair at the end of the
period of rental as at the beginning. No
smoking on the premises.

Liability:-
The owners shall not be liable to the client
or third parties for any accident, damage,
loss, injury, expense or inconvenience,
which may be suffered, incurred, arise out
of or in any way connected with the rental.

Pets:-
Pets welcome. Restricted to downstairs in
the property only. Petgate available. Owners
please clean up after your pets at the cottage
and in the village.
